The proposed subdivision is consistent with the review criteria
of Section 20.75.085 and the purposes of the Subdivision Code,

The proposed subdivision will alter the present use of the

subject property by converting the present open area into

five additional residences. This will result in the removal
of a number of the large evergreen trees, shrubbery, and pas-
ture. However, no significant adverse environmental impacts
have -been identified, and a declaration fo nonsignificance has;
been issued.

1: Comply with all Engineering requirements outlined in Exhibit 4.

2., Submit tree cutting plan with each building permit on Lots.2,
