4. The applicant, as of 9:30 a.m. today,.when I met with Mr. Bowman,
had still not filed the title report.
5. The State Department of Transportation letter of June 21, 1983
states the legal aspect of the warranty deed's limitation of
restricting the site to a single family access to the road.
6. The State Department of Transportation, and not the City of
Edmonds, maintains jurisdiction for access to the limited

access State Route 104.

Between September 19 and October 9, 1983, my wife, Dr. Dory LeCompte,. and I
will be leading a medical delegation to the Soviet Union and China, and thus'
