3. The Planning Department staff recommendation was thus made to the

has proven to be legally important.
4. The applicant, as of 9:30 a.m. today, when•I met with Mr. Bowman,
had still not filed the title report.
S. The State Department of Transportation -letter of June 21,.1983
states the legal aspect of the warranty deed's limitation of
t restricting the site to a single family access to the road.
6. The State Department.of Transportation, and not the City of
Edmonds, maintains jurisdiction for access to the limited,
access State Route 104.
