AESI arrived on site as part of ongoing construction monitoring. Since our last visit, AESI observed that the contractor has placed
additional plastic sheeting extending out over the property boundary and into the right of way along the eastern property boundary.
The plastic sheeting covers aggregate that was placed below a section of ripped out sidewalk and is secured with sandbags, The
contractor has also completed the removal of organic topsoil that had been stockpiled on site and drum rolled exposed soils across
the majority oftheproperty. At the time of our visit, it does not appear that the contractor has trimmed the slopes along the
eastern property boundary, as discussed in DFR #3, At the time of our visit, the slopes remain covered with plastic sheeting and
secured with sandbags as part of ongoing erosion control BMPs. It is recommended that the BMP's continue being implemented
until such time as the contractor elects to trim the slope as part of site development,
AESI will return as directed by the contractor as part of our construction monitoring services,
