The applicant wishes to subdivide his property, creating an access via a private roadway easement to service three proposed lots. The surrounding properties have been developed in such a fashion as to preclude access by any means other than the proposed easement reducing Lne 9UMM to 16 feet. Denial of this request for variance would deprive the owner of similar rights and privileges exercised by owners othose properties . 3. Will this variance be detrimental to the public or damaging to other property or improvements in the vicinity? { Most properties directly impacted are homes already accessed via public i roads. Will these hardships have been caused by your own action? Denial will deprive the applicant of the full use and enjoyment of his property with no apparent remedy due to the lack of an alternative. 5.
