Remarks:
MTC onsite to assess compaction of trench backfill material used as roadway subgrade. All compaction efforts were concluded in July
2015, prior to paving. The contractor provided access to the subgrade by cutting a pothole 3' north of the sidewalk. Nuclear density tests
yielded passing results (>95% of lab results). There was no scaling, potholes or other damage to asphalt indicating suitable subgrade. This
report rectifies discrepancies reported on 6/26/15 in report #D35886.
