Garage Remodel
On behalf of the Planning Division, I have reviewed the above building permit application. During review
of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications need
to be addressed. Please respond to the following items, so that I can complete my review:
1. Complete Plans: The plans submitted with the building permit application do not appear show all of
the work that is being done. The application notes that "approximately 4 feet" of the garage is to be
removed to comply with current setbacks. The cross sections provided do not show the removal of
the approximately four feet, but just appear to be a cross section of the front of the garage. Please
submit new plans the clearly identify the work being done. The site plan must clearly indicate how
much of the garage is being removed and show any eaves extending into the setbacks.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday,
and Friday between 8:00 am 4:30 pm or Wednesday 8:30 am to 12:00 pm.
