Once the corrections have been made, please resubmit two set of drawings for review. Sheet 1 1.Show footing drain stub to house and point/location of discharge. 2.Add a note to core drill existing storm and sewer manholes. 3.How will d.i.p. be secured to sewer manhole? Gasketed boots are an acceptable method. 4.PVC penetrations in concrete structures shall have a sand collar. 5.Show new sewer manhole at Daley St in bold. 6.Proposed rockery not to be located within City right-of-way (alley) and proposed concrete retaining wall will require an encroachment permit. 7.An on-site turn-around will be required for lot 2. 8.Shift the location of the new water service to lot 2 to the North to line up with the property line. 9.Provide invert elevation for sewer and storm stubs to lot 1. 10.Clearly indicate the sewer stub for lot 2 and provide an invert elevation. 11.The sanitary sewer lateral shall be 6” PVC, clearly indicate this on the dwg. 12.Show wetland area on lot 2. 13.Provide top and toe elevations of rockery. 14.Show location upstream runoff and wall drains. We recommend uing a flow splitter to direct the 6 month flow to the wetland and all greater flows to the tightline system. 16.Show drainage on lot 1. Sheet 2 17.Show inlet protection for existing cb’s adjacent to the construction area. Sheet 3 18.Provide detail of control structure showing orifice elevations and sizing. 19.Show sewer manhole channelization detail for ssmh 2 and existing. 20.Pipes installed over 20% shall to be anchored. Provide anchor design, spacing and detail. 1992 DOE Technical Manual calls for concrete anchors for pipe on slopes 35-50%. Sheet 4 21.General notes: a)note 1: change 2002 to “current edition”. b)Note 6: delete c)Note 8: delete concrete material for sewer laterals. d)Note 12: duplicates note 1. 22.Add concrete collar around sewer cleanout.
