Once the corrections have been made, please resubmit two set of drawings for review. Sheet 1 1.n/a 2.ok 3.Details for the wall have still not been provided. Please revise to show off the 6” lateral on private property. The drawings can be redlined with this information. 7/3/07 comment - Please show the sewer stub that will be provided for the lower lot. You can e-mail the estimate for these and I can update the cost estimate accordingly. 7/3/07 comment - Thank you for providing the engineers estimate. Please revise to include unit o prices and to be consistent with the current plan set, including removal of the storm detention system, change on sewer pipe material, install of pipe anchors and hill huggers, etc. 4/26/06 comment - Provide an engineer’s estimate or contractor’s bid for all site work so the bond o amount and inspection fee can be determined. 25.The encroachment application has been received, but the agreement and exhibits were not submitted. Please submit all required documentation for review and approval. 7/3/07 comment - An encroachment is required to construct a retaining wall and interceptor trench in o the City right-of-way (alley). Please refer to the City’s handout #E26 for application and requirements. This handout is available on the City’s website under the Engineering Division. 26.ok 27.The response letter states the applicant will execute a maintenance agreement for this. I have not yet received this information – please provide. 7/3/07 comment - The plans currently show a 15’ private access/utility easement that encompasses o the 7.5 alley right-of-way. Is the intent of this easement to callout maintenance responsibility? Please clarify. 28.Please update the civils to accurately show the portion of the structure located in the City alley right-of- way in the vicinity of your proposed access and retaining wall.
