17.Stub for lot 1 has been shown through the ROW to the SSMH. Please revise to show off the 6 lateral
on private property. The drawings can be redlined with this information.
7/3/07 comment - Please show the sewer stub that will be provided for the lower lot. It would be a
o
rd
good idea to include a stub for a 3 lot in case you decide to go this route.

24.The engineers estimate shall also include the retaining wall and trash rack. You can e-mail the estimate
for these and I can update the cost estimate accordingly.
7/3/07 comment - Thank you for providing the engineers estimate. Please revise to include unit
o
prices and to be consistent with the current plan set, including removal of the storm detention
system, change on sewer pipe material, install of pipe anchors and hill huggers, etc.
4/26/06 comment - Provide an engineers estimate or contractors bid for all site work so the bond
o
amount and inspection fee can be determined.
25.The encroachment application has been received, but the agreement and exhibits were not submitted.
Please submit all required documentation for review and approval.
7/3/07 comment - An encroachment is required to construct a retaining wall and interceptor trench in
o
the City right-of-way (alley). Please refer to the Citys handout #E26 for application and
requirements. This handout is available on the Citys website under the Engineering Division.

27.The response letter states the applicant will execute a maintenance agreement for this. I have not yet
received this information please provide.
7/3/07 comment - The plans currently show a 15 private access/utility easement that encompasses
o
the 7.5 alley right-of-way. Is the intent of this easement to callout maintenance responsibility?
Please clarify.
28.Please update the civils to accurately show the portion of the structure located in the City alley right-of-
way in the vicinity of your proposed access and retaining wall. The City will follow up with
enforcement as required.
