Here is the new information that Jim Cline (title discovery) and records found at the City. Mr. English is checking with Jeanie to see it we can setup a
con call for Thursday. Title Company could not find any reference of R/W for lot 79.
Merin Mione -
. We're redrawing one of the lot lines on our tax parcels - 00434600007901. But during this process through our interactions with
the city and our surveyor, we have found that there is a city right of way cutting through the lot and, therefore, the city says that we are
attempting to move our boundary. But our surveyor found the corner boundary.
Jim Cline - In answer to your question #1 we as a title company report what is “of record” on a parcel of property. I went back and re searched
your property and I find nothing recorded that changes the location of the road as originally platted (plat attached beginning in 201206) nor is
there anything granting additional right of way to the city. The Snohomish County Assessor also does not reflect any additional ROW to the
City in their records.
We would do would be to ask the city for documentation that gave them the rights for that city right of way that you state is cutting through
the lot. Both title company research and our surveyor have plotted a 132 foot West boundary on lot 79.

Hi Linda and Jim,
You both have helped me out getting my title info. I don't know who to go to for a question. So I thought I would just ask you both. We're
redrawing one of the lot lines on our tax parcels - 00434600007901. But during this process through our interactions with the city and our
surveyor, we have found that there is a city right of way cutting through the lot and, therefore, the city says that we are attempting to move our
boundary. But our surveyor found the corner boundary.
How do I find out a couple of things: 1) should the title reports have shown this right of way? 2) I want to find out more information and maybe a
map by going back to the original subdivision of lot 79 Edmonds Sea View Tracts from 00434600007900 to 00434600007901 and
00434600007902 (LOT 79 EDMONDS SEA VIEW TRS) , how do i that? Both of the city of edmonds and our surveyor have said to work with a title
company or snohomish county. do you do this?

Just keeping it real.

Mr. English,
Hope you had a good vacation. We have been researching the history of Lot 79 in Sea View Tracts and would like to setup a meeting late Friday
afternoon to discuss our findings. Left you a VM to the same subject.
Jim Cline pointed out that there are no records as to a public right of way.
I will try your phone again shortly.
Thanks.
