Please provide two full size copies of the recorded short plat. Thank you for providing the Auditor’s File Number so I could verify the status online. A condition of short plat (S-04-52) approval is to provide the City Planning Division with two copies of the recorded plat with the recording number written on them, and that the City cannot consider the subdivision to have been completed until this is done. Please resolve this technicality at your earliest convenience. Easements: 2. Please show all easements on the site plan (ingress/egress/utility). Lot #: 3. Please label this as “Lot 1” on the site plan. Currently, there is a label for Lot 2. Porch/Patio: 4. Please show the covered patio and covered front porch on the site plan. Max Height: 5. Please redline the front elevation on the plans to show that the Max Height is 123.5 feet (123.75 is shown). Slope: 6. Please label the top of the slope on the site plan. The geotechnical report suggests a buffer from the top of the slope and this measurement needs to be shown. Thank you for your cooperation. Please redline plans or submit two sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items.
