The subject application has been reviewed but cannot be completed until the following items have been
addressed/corrected. Please resubmit 2 sets of revised drawings for review.
Storm Drainage Report
1.For infiltration, provide percolation tests and data to size the systems properly in accordance with City
policy, per DOE or King County SWM guidelines.
Sheet 1
2.Provide ss cleanout at the first bend of the line off the main, and for lot 1 ss at the easterly edge of the
sewer easement line.
3.What is the slope, size and length of pipe between cb 3 and 4?
4.What is the invert out at cb3?
5.CB#2: Change 6” sw to 6” e.
6.Cb#1: What is the invert of the 6” going to the south east?
7.Cannot use existing City cb as a sediment trap. Indicate cb protection (filter socks) per the current
standard detail.
8.Where does the existing yard drain (on the north side of the site in front of lot 1) drain to? Will it be
connected to the infiltration system and if so, is the infiltration system sized to handle the runoff from the
yard drain.
Sheet 2
9.Provide a profile of the storm system, with elevations, so the system and when the overflow kicks in, can
be evaluated.
