The subject application has been reviewed but cannot be completed until the following items have been
addressed/corrected. Please resubmit 3 sets of revised drawings to a Development Services Permit
Coordinator.
1. Show the side sewer to the existing building and where the new plumbing will connect.. A sewer cleanout is also
required at the building and should be accessible.
2. Show the location of the existing water line and backflow preventer. Water service for the coffee shop must
connect between the meter and the backflow preventer. An RPBA with hot box is required and must be installed
per City Std detail E7.11. Placement of the hot box must be on private property at the property line.
3. The proposed striped walkway cannot terminate in the driveway approach. Relocate the walkway striping to the
east of the entry and install an asphalt or concrete path between the sidewalk and parking lot. If that is not feasible,
reconfigure the existing parking in front of the Grease Monkey and relocate the barrier free and stripe from that
stall to the coffee shop.
4. Provide engineer’s estimate for all exterior utility work (excluding power) and striping so an engineering inspection
fee can be determined.

5. Add “do not enter” signs over the bays facing 212 St SW.
