Dear Mr. Kennard,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that the
following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can continue:
Site Plan:
1. Please provide a site plan that is to scale. It appears that the one I’m reviewing has been
faxed, and thus reduced the clarity and the dimensions slightly.
Scope:
2. I concur with Plans Examiner Jenny Readwin’s comments (letter dated 01/23/06). I am a
little unclear about the scope of the work for your project. Are you extending the existing structure
rooms further west, or are you simply enclosing the existing footprint?
Thank you for your cooperation. Please redline plans or submit two sets of revised plans/documents
(affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items. Please make all submittals to
the Development Services Permit Coordinator Monday through Friday, 9am to noon or 1pm to 4pm. If
