During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
1.The sign is shown to be located over the City sidewalk, within the right-of-way, and therefore a Street
Use Permit will be required. A Street Use Permit must be obtained by the business owner or property
owner. A handout and application is available at the Development Services Department of City Hall or
on the City of Edmonds website under the Engineering Division.
Please read through the handout and determine all temporary uses that Brilliance Enterprises may have.
The application should encompass all temporary uses of the City right-of-way including the sign,
merchandise displays, etc. Also, thoroughly read the insurance certificate requirements to ensure a
complete Street Use Permit submittal.
