I didn't see any safety or operational justification for prohibited on-street parking in front of these parcels.
Regarding comment #8 under "Site Improvements":
I'm thinking we don't need to formalize (let me know what you think) the parking stalls with striping
because then PW will have to expected to maintain them. I don't see them formalized in other
adjacent areas in that neighborhood such as the parcel to the south that they are matching into.
Regarding the last bullet of #8, we would still want a fog line painted even though we are permitting
on-street parking.
