I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that the
following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can continue:
Street Tree:
1. Please review the attached street tree list and decide which variety of street tree you will
use. Please note this on the landscape plan.
Irrigation:
2. Please make a note on the landscape plan that irrigation will be installed in all of the
planting beds.

(affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items. Please make all submittals to
the Development Services Permit Coordinator Monday through Friday, 9am to noon or 1pm to 4pm. If
