RE: REVIEW COMMENTS FOR PLAN CHECK # 2006-0556 - REVISIONS TO BUI
SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE AT 16105 75TH PLACE WEST
Dear Ms. Bui:
I have reviewed the revised plans for the above-referenced building permit application for the
Planning Division. Before I can sign off on the permit, however, the following information
needs to be clarified:
1. Site Plan. Please submit the information as requested in the letter from Ann Bullis,
Assistant Building Official, dated July 23, 2007. In addition, please indicate ‘top of
wall’ heights for the exterior rockery on the north side of the property (the rockery
within the north property line setback) at approximate 10-foot intervals.
2. Landscape Plan. Submit revised landscaping plan addressing the changes made to
the approved plans.
Please make all resubmittals to Theresa Umbaugh, Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday,
9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at
