During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed:
1.Please provide an accurate Site Plan showing all existing features with in this property. The footprint of
the existing residence and the location of the existing driveway are not accurately shown in the Site Plan.
2.The location of the proposed garage will eliminate 75% of the existing driveway. The existing driveway
shown in the Site Plan will be a new driveway; therefore, creating a new impervious surface. Please show
the sections of the driveway that will be new and recalculate the proposed impervious surfaces. Make
sure to include a break down of the existing impervious surface to show the pre 1977 and post 1977
impervious surface.
3.Please show all utilities with in this property, power, phone, cable, water, and sewer.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
