Please show the second story decks on the site plan. Please also list the area of the decks (square feet) because although they are not part of the height rectangle, their area counts towards the maximum lot coverage permitted (35% max). Height Calculations: 2. Please revise the height rectangle (and height calculations) to include the entire building footprint on the site plan. This means including the south bump-out and the north bump-out in the height rectangle (moving points A & B further north and points C & D further south) and revising the height calculations accordingly. Please also update the elevations on the plans to shown the new Average Grade and new Maximum Height. Thank you for your cooperation.
