During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed:
1.The impervious surface calculation you have shown is incomplete. You must show existing and proposed
impervious surfaces. Areas consider impervious are driveways (gravel, concrete or asphalt), roofs, etc.
You have shown the building footprint as part of the impervious surface, but failed to include the roof
overhang. You failed to include the proposed driveway. The total impervious surfaces I have calculated
from the provided Plot Plan are Existing RES: 1960, Ex driveway: 774, New driveway: 486, New
garage: 715, 1975 sq-ft.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
contact me at 425-771-0220 if you have specific questions regarding these plan corrections.
