During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed:
1.STORM.
Please provide invert elevations for the ditch and pipes at each end of the ditch. In addition, please
specify the type of pipe to be used to tightline the storm ditch. The minimum pipe diameter
allowed in the Right-of-Way for storm drainage is 12-in with a minimum cover of 2-ft. If the
minimum cover is not met, then Ductile Iron pipe shall be required. You may red line the
Drainage drawings.
Please be advice that a catchbasin might be required during the enclosure of the existing storm
drainage swale.
2.Sidewalk.
The sidewalk determination is approved and sidewalks will not be required based on the following
determination.
1.There are no sidewalks within 1000-ft of the proposed development project on the street
on which the project fronts.
2.The latest version of the City Walkway Plan does not indicate sidewalks are required on
the street where the project is located.
3.The latest version of the City Bikeway Plan does not indicate a designated or proposed
designated bikeway on the street where the project is located.
4.The project is not in close proximity, within 100-ft, and not on a street leading to facilities
such as parks, schools, churches, shopping/commercial establishments, etc. that will result
in pedestrian traffic.
5.Sidewalks are not required to provide disabled access to public facilities.
