During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed:
Site, grading, and drainage plans are an accurate representation of the existing and proposed
features in/on or nearby the proposed site to be developed. Sometimes red lines are ok, other
times they are not. Please remove the unnecessary features off the Site and Grading plans as
requested in the previous correction comments. Make sure there is no conflicting information
between both the Grading and Site plan.
1.WATER.
The Water Main shown in the site plan does not exist. Please remove. DO NOT cross off with red
lines. Per our previous conversation regarding the water service line you have obtain a utility

easement along the north property line of 19009 83 Ave W. Please show the easement along
with the recording number in the Site and Grading plans. Also, please provide a copy of the
recorded easement. Please remove the proposed water service line shown in the site and grading
plans.
2.STORM.
Please provide all existing and proposed rim and invert elevations for all catch basins. Make sure
to include these elevations in the site, and grading plans, as well as in the Standard Detention
System Worksheet.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
