During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
Sheet C1
1.The invert elevation of the existing sanitary sewer manhole at the s.e. corner of the adjacent property is
higher than the invert of the sewer cleanout at the s.e. corner of the subject property.
General
2.A Performance Bond in the amount of $5761.00 for the off-site civil improvements needs to be submitted.
The necessary bond forms can be obtained from any Permit Coordinator.
3.The developers agreement with the City for the Paradise Lane Improvements needs to be signed and
submitted to the City so it can go to the Council for approval. The agreement needs to be approved and all
financial obligations met before the permit can be issued.
