During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
Hello Alicia, I have spoken to Mr. Coryell and have explained to him how the impervious surface calculations
work. He’s supposed to work on the impervious surface calculations and show as requested in my previous
comments. After father research, it was determine that the house, driveway and part of the garage was built
in 1963, the pool and surrounding area was built in 1979, and finally in 1988 an addition of 400 sq-ft was
added to the garage. Any impervious surface prior to 1977 doesn’t have to be detained. The sum of all
impervious surfaces after 1977 shall be detained only if the total of the sum exceeds 2000 sq-ft of impervious
surface. Please refer to the City of Edmonds Development Information handout #E72, for more information,
www.ci.edmonds.wa.us
which can be obtained by visiting the City of Edmonds website at under
Government/Development Services/Engineering Division.
Please show the minimum Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control requirements in the site plan.
Please resubmit three copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator.
