During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed:
1.STORM.
Please provide your impervious surface calculations.
Please show the proposed detention system in the Drainage Plan, make sure to include all invert
and rim elevations for all proposed and existing catch basins.
Please provide the invert elevations in the Standard Detention System worksheet.
Please show how you plan to collect and convey the driveway’s run-off to the detention system.
Please show the proposed detention system connecting to the City of Edmonds Storm system in
the alley. Also, show the tight line for the house connecting to the detention system and the
footing drain connecting to the outfall of the detention system.
2.SEWER.
Please show the side sewer from the property line to the house. A 6-inch clean out with locking
cast iron lid shall be installed at the property line.
Please show the side sewer lateral from the main to the property line. Condition and re-use of the
existing sewer lateral is to be verified by the Public Works Sewer Division. If the existing sewer
lateral is determined to be in a bad condition, a new sewer lateral shall be installed. Please contact
Tim Harris, of the Sewer Division, at 425-771-0235 to verify the sewer lateral’s condition.
3.Water.
Please show the existing water meter and the water service line from the meter to the house. If
poly pipe is used for the water service line then a tracer wire shall be installed along with the new
line.

4.TESC (Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control)
Please provide/show in the Drainage plan the Filter Fabric Fence along the south, west and north
property lines. Please refer to the City of Edmonds standard detail E1.1
Please provide/show in the Drainage plan the required construction entrance. Please refer to the
City of Edmonds standard detail E1.2
5.Provide an on site turnaround. Please make sure to include this impervious surface into the impervious
surface calculations.
6.Grading. Please provide the bottom of footing elevation in order to verify the grading/fill quantities.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
