Dear Ms. Martin:
I am taking over the Planning Division's review of the above building permit application
on behalf of Meg Gruwell. I have reviewed the updated site plan that you submitted in
response to Meg's last letter dated December 4, 2006; however, I have found that the
following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before
review can continue:
1. Hcijzht Calculations: Please show the locations of the average grade, maximum
height, and proposed height on the building elevations (Sheet 1 of 5). You may
either redline the elevations that we have with the building permit application or
you may submit new ones. The average grade, maximum height, and proposed
height must be drawn to scale on the elevations.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday
through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. If you have any questions, feel
