During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed:
1.Please provide the existing and proposed contours for lot 4. Refer to the approved plat drawings. You
may obtain a copy at our office.
2.The utilities you have shown in the site plan are not as per the approved plat drawings. Please keep in
mind that a site plan is supposed to reflect the actual location of any proposed or existing utility when a
scale is applied.
Please show the water service line from the meter to the house, as well as the storm and sewer stub as
shown in the approved civils.
3.Please add a note to the catch basin at the end of the access road to be protected pert City of Edmonds
standard detail E1.3
4.Please provide the bottom of footing elevation in order to verify the grading/fill quantities.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
