The plans state the total volume of cut will be 493 cubic yards. Please note that an environmental checklist must be submitted and SEPA review will be required if the grading (total cut or fill) ends up going over 500 cubic yards. Please contact the Planning Division immediately if you find that the total grading is going to exceed 500 cubic yards. This notice is for your information only, and no corrections are required to complete the Planning Division's review.
