Dear Mr. Uberuaga:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it
was found that the proposed grading is very close to the threshold for requiring SEPA
review. The plans state the total volume of cut will be 493 cubic yards. Please note that
an environmental checklist must be submitted and SEPA review will be required if the
grading (total cut or fill) ends up going over 500 cubic yards. Please contact the Planning
Division immediately if you find that the total grading is going to exceed 500 cubic
yards.
