Please provide the required information as needed.  Please show the infiltration system, catch basin, etc in the Drainage plan as shown in the approved DO NOT RED LINE. civils. Please show the rockery as existing along with top and bottom elevations. Is the rockery you have shown in the Site and Drainage plans to be constructed? If not, please remove. If it is to be constructed, please adjust your grading quantities as needed.  Per ECDC, 18.80.060.D. Driveway slopes shall not exceed 14 percent unless authorized by the Public Works director. You are showing the driveway slope at 20 percent. Please adjust your DATE FAXED (E-MAILED) 7/5/2017 PAGE__ OF ___ grade to meet the Code requirement of 14 percent and provide a driveway profile to verify the driveway slope.  The grading quantities exceed 500 cubic yards.
