During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed:
1.Provide bottom of footing elevations and grading calculations.
2.There are two driveway cuts in front of 23422. One is currently used for the carport the other is in front
of the propsed addition’s entrance, which has to be removed and replace with regular curg/gutter and
sidewalk. Please show both driveway cuts in the site plan with a note on the north driveway cut stating
“Driveway cut to remain” and another note on the south driveway cut stating “Remove and replace with
new curb/gutter and sidewalk per City of Edmonds standard details E2.8 and E2.13
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
