Please confirm whether or not this is correct. Additionally, the maximum allowed height should be the average grade plus 25 feet; therefore, based on the average grade, the maximum allowed height should be 122.85 feet (assuming the elevations of Points A through D didn't change with the new height rectangle). Please correct the maximum allowed height in both places that it appears on the site plan and show the maximum height on the building elevations. 2. Lot Coverage: Please provide a further breakdown of the lot coverage calculations and double check that the entire footprint of the house was included in the calculations excluding up to 30 inches of eaves. The calculations appear to be off by approximately 1,000 square feet. Note that the covered front porch must be included in the lot coverage calculations, including the footprint of the porch up to the supporting posts. Please redline plans or submit three copies of the revised site plan and two copies of the updated building plan pages. Please make all submittals to the Development Services Permit Coordinator Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at Machuga@ci.edmonds.wa.us. Sincerely, Development Services Department - Planning Division Jen Machuga Planner
