AZHAR NEW RESIDENCE AT 23737 — 76Tn AVENUE WEST
Dear Mr. Azhar:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was
found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be
addressed before review can continue:
1. Site Plan: Label the front porch as being covered.
2. Height Calculations: Move the northeastern boundary of the height rectangle
(Points C and D) to the southwest so that the height rectangle excludes the fireplace
bumpout. Please provide the elevations of the new Points C and D and make any
necessary changes to the height calculations. .
Setbacks: The northern corner of the proposed residence appears to extend past the
7.5 -foot setback line. Additionally, the left elevation shows that the eaves extend 3
feet over the garage. Please show on the site plan that the northern corner of the
house will be at least 7.5 feet from the property line and that no more than 2.5 feet of
eaves will extend into the 7.5 -foot setback.
Please redline plans or submit three sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets only)
with a written response to each of the above items. Please make all submittals to the
Development Services Permit Coordinator Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or
1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at
