During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed:
1.
Per Edmonds Community Development Code, chapter 18.80.060(c) Driveway approaches shall extend
from the edge of the existing street a distance of 20 feet or to the edge of the property line, whichever is
greater. You are showing the proposed driveway approach to be 15-feet. Please modify as needed.
2.
Please show the minimum Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control in the site plan.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
