During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed:
1.STORM.
You are showing 2 yard drains within the Sewer and Storm easements, which run across the west
side of the property. You are also showing the roof and footing drains connecting to the proposed
yard drains. All impervious surface run offs is to be discharged to the storm stub provided for this
lot as shown in the provided Storm As-Built. Please delete the yard drains, DO NOT RED LINE,
from the site and drainage plans and show the roof tight line and footing drain connecting to the
storm stub provided for this lot. Also, please show the ENTIRE storm system within this lot.
Please add a note to all existing storm structure saying “All existing rim elevations shall be raised
to finish grade prior to final”
2.SEWER.
Please show the proposed side sewer connecting to the stub provided for this lot. A six-inch
cleanout with locking cast-iron lamp whole cover shall be installed at the easement line at final
grade. I have provided you with a copy of the Sanitary Sewer As-Built for this lot. Please make
sure to show both the sewer and storm easement.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
contact me at 425-771-0220 if you have specific questions regarding these plan corrections.
