Floor Plan: Provide a floor plan of each level showing the uses of all rooms. 2. Building Plans: Sheet A-2 of your building plans shows a deck at the northeastern corner of the main floor plan. Is this deck existing or proposed? Please show this deck on the site plan. Also, describe whether or not the deck is at grade and whether or not it is covered. 3. Lot Coverage: Please update your lot coverage calculations to include the proposed stairs to the new deck (or provide a breakdown of the calculations to ensure that the stairs have been included). Also, if the deck shown on Sheet A-2 is either covered and/or over three feet in height from original grade, it must be included in the lot coverage calculations. 4. Proposed Stairs: Please show the stairs to the new deck on the site plan. Also, provide the setback distance from the northern property line to the stairs. Datum Point: Our Building Inspector will not be able to use the datum point that you have selected. Please select a new datum point that is closer to the addition. Also, please make any necessary changes to the height calculations that may result from the change in datum point. 6. Height Calculations: The height rectangle should exclude the proposed deck if it is uncovered. Please indicate on the site plan that the proposed deck is uncovered and move Points A and D of the height rectangle to the east so that the height rectangle is flush with the western wall of the addition. Please redline plans or submit three sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items. Please make all submittals to the Development Services Permit Coordinator Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
