I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. The
following revisions are needed to approve the application:
Height Calculations.
Please revise pages A1.0 and A1.1 to show the height
calculations as measured from the historical grade. The rectangle does not appear to
enclose all of the building along the western side. The four corners of the rectangle
should reflect original/historical grade, not the new grade. Refer to the attachment
from the City’s file number ADB-02-226. Please note it appears that the historical
average grade calculates to 142.75, not 143 as written on the plans. The maximum
allowable elevation should be based on the average grade as calculated by the
historical grade.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday
through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Please submit three copies of all
full-sized sheets. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at 425.771.0220 ext
