Dear Mr. Owensby,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was
found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be
addressed before review can continue:
1.Address: The site address listed on the building permit application, as well as the tax
account number, do not match the plans shown. Please see attached – do you maybe
own more than one piece of property and wrote down conflicting information on your
building permit application form? Are the streets shown on the site plan you submitted
correct? I’m having trouble figuring this out – please confirm the address and location
of the site you wish to build on. If it is different than what is on your application,
please revise the tax account number and address.
2.Critical Areas: I don’t see a Critical Areas Determination for this site, and one is
required for any site work. However, if the site you listed is different than the site plan
submitted this may get cleared up.
Thank you for your cooperation. Please redline plans or submit two sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items.
Please make all submittals to the Development Services Permit Coordinator Monday
through Friday, 9am to noon or 1pm to 4pm. If you have any questions, please do not
