RE: PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS FOR PLAN CHECK # 06-145
CONTEMPRA SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE AT 8044 CYRUS PLACE
Dear Ms. Newman:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found
that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before
review can continue:
Stream:
1.Please provide a study determining the classification of the stream. This will
enable us to determine the required stream buffer.
Plans:
2. The building plans appear to be reversed from what is shown on the site plan. If the
site plan is correct in showing how the house will be positioned, please redline the building
plans stating that they are reversed. If the building plans are correct, please change the site
plan to show exactly how the house will be positioned.
Steep Slope:
3.Please show the top of the slope, and provide the approximate inclination of
the slope.
Property Lines:
4.Please confirm the length of the eastern property line and correct the site
plan as needed. The plans state that this line is 110 feet; however, it scales out closer to 174
feet.
Please redline plans or submit two sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a
written response to each of the above items. Please make all submittals to the Development
Services Permit Coordinator Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. If
