Dear Mr. Ferguson,
I have re-reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that the
following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can continue:
Panel Cover:
1. Please elaborate on the Antenna Screen Wall that will be attached to the chimney. Page C04 is
not to scale – please show measurements and elevation views of this screening.
06/27/06: I cannot administratively sign off on the design of the structure if I do not know what it is going to
look like. Please assist me by submitting to-scale elevation drawings of the panel covers and note the
dimensions of the panel covers on the plans. Please also note the material of the panel covers. As noted, the
color of the covers will be required to match the existing building/chimney color in order to meet design review
code requirements. Thank you.

Before/After Pictures The before and after pictures that were submitted appear to show the exact same photos

on each page, although I believe the intent was to sketch out what the finished product will look like – if you
have created something to this effect, please resubmit.
06/27/06: Please review the “before/after” photos submitted with this building permit application. I was under
the impression that they would be revised to reflect the look of the proposed panel covers – please let me know
if you have this item available for my review. Thank you.
