On behalf of the Engineering Division, I have reviewed the additional information submitted May 17,
2006. Please respond to the following:
1.Please indicate all new impervious surface area added to the site as of 1977.
Impervious area calcs have not been added to the site plan.

2.It is stated the concrete slab will drain to the existing system. What is the existing system and where does
it discharge to?
Plans still state that slab will drain to the existing system. No further explanation of what the

existing system is or where it discharges to has been provided.
3.A permit for conversion of the carport to a garage has recently been issued and the plans on file for the
addition/remodel still call out a carport. Please revise plans accordingly.
The site plan has been redlined, however the architectural plans still reference a carport.

Please redline the plans on file or resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development
