PO Box 3284 Everett WA 98213 Phone: 425.339.5502 / Fax: 425.339.5506 Dear Mr. Murphy, I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can continue: 1.Height Rectangle: Please revise the height rectangle to include the posts of the front porch (move points B and C out further east a little bit). If this changes the elevations, please revise and update the height calculations (it looks pretty flat though). 2.Concrete Landscaping Wall: Please be aware that for setback purposes, the height of rockeries/walls is measured vertically from original grade to the highest point of the uppermost rock. This figure cannot exceed three feet in the setback area (because they would then be considered a “structure”). It appears that part of the wall may exceed three feet in height in the setback area (points L, K, M, N, O, P, and BB) – please confirm or revise – the wall cannot exceed three feet in height while in the setback area.
