After the hearing, the Hearing Examiner has two weeks to make his decision (although it usually does not take a full two weeks). Once the Hearing Examiner makes his decision on your proposal, there is a two-week appeal period. If the Hearing Examiner decides to issue any conditions with your conditional use permit that would change the plans that you have already submitted for your building permit application, please be aware that your building permit plans would then need to be revised.
