Dear Mr. Kim,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was
found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be
addressed before review can continue:
1.Conditional Use Permit: The public hearing for your Conditional Use Permit is
scheduled for Thursday, June 15, 2006 at 3:00 PM across the street at the Public Safety
Complex (City Council Chambers). After the hearing, the Hearing Examiner has two
weeks to make his decision (although it usually does not take a full two weeks). Once
the Hearing Examiner makes his decision on your proposal, there is a two-week appeal
period. If the Hearing Examiner decides to issue any conditions with your conditional
use permit that would change the plans that you have already submitted for your
building permit application, please be aware that your building permit plans would then
need to be revised.
