The application shows that the tenant space along this wall is 27 feet. Therefore, the maximum sign area permitted is 27 square feet. Please revise the plans to remain under 27 square feet in area. Thank you for your cooperation. Please redline plans or submit two sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items.
