CHATEAU SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE AT 8703 191sT PLACE SW
Dear Mr. Kerr:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found
that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before
review can continue:
1. Lot Dimensions: The dimensions of the lot that are shown on the survey submitted with the
application do not quite match the dimensions shown on the site plan. Please either revise the
site plan to show the surveyed dimensions or explain why the dimensions have changed since
the time the lot was surveyed.
2. Lot Area: The recorded Halo Haven plat states that the total area of the subject lot is 12,084
square feet. Please either revise the site plan to reflect this lot area or explain if there has
been a change to the total area since the time of the Halo Haven subdivision.
3. Height Calculations: Point C should be moved east approximately four feet so that it lines
up with the southeast corner of the smallest rectangle that fits around the house. Please revise
point C, confirm the height of this point, and make any necessary changes to the overall
height calculations.
4. Lot Coveraze: Lot coverage is defined as the total ground coverage of all buildings and
structures on a site. This includes decks and stairs over three feet in height and also includes
any projecting modulation or bumpouts on the house. Please provide a breakdown of the lot
coverage calculations on the site plan.
Please redline plans or submit two sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a
written response to each of the above items. Please make all submittals to the Development
Services Permit Coordinator Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. If
