Therefore, the maximum sign area for this tenant is 26 square feet. This figure may be divided (you may have two signs) but the total sign area may not exceed 26 square feet. The smallest rectangle that encloses all of the sign area is 28.87 square feet, and with two signs, that is a total sign area of 57.74 square feet. However, you may provide me with the sign area of each individual element of the sign (what is the area of each letter, logo, line, etc.) – if the total of these elements remains under 26 square feet, then the sign is okay. Otherwise, please revise to remain under 26 square feet. Thank you for your cooperation.
