A ballpark number for the work that needs to be done in your space would be a minimum $1,200 (+Tax)to call out two guys for 1 day to remove the walls. I'm assuming you have a dumpster on site and you are paying for Dumpster/disposal fees? We do not install any carpet however I do know a licensed flooring contractor that I could refer the work to. I spoke with him and he said a minimum call out for that small amount of work that needs to be done would be $500 plus tax for the install assuming that you have all the supplies on -site when he shows up. I hope this helps and please let me know if there's anything else I can do for you or when I could walk the site to get your project started. I need to have about 60 feet of non load barring wall removed and 850 sgft of carpet tile installed, I already have the carpet tiles and the supplies needed to install. I just need an estimate for the labor. Without walking the building would you be able to give me a quick estimate? Let me know if you have any questions.
