Dear Mr. Jacobs:
I have reviewed your resubmittal dated November 15, 2006 for the above building permit
application for the Planning Division and it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can continue:
1. Height Calculations: Stilt Need. Please provide height calculations for the gazebo
and attached shed. I am enclosing our height calculation handout for your
reference.
2. Lot Coverage: Still Need, According to ECDC 21.15.110, lot coverage is defined
as the total ground coverage of all buildings and structures on a site. This also
includes decks and stairs over three feet in height. Please provide a breakdown of
the total lot coverage of the property on the site plan.
Please redline plans or submit three sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets
only) with a written response to each of the above items. Please make all submittals to
the Development Services Permit Coordinator Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to noon
or 1:00 pm to 4.00 pm. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at
