Height Calculations: Please provide height calculations for the gazebo and attached shed. I am enclosing our height calculation handout for your reference. 2. Lot Coverage: According to ECDC 21.15.110, lot coverage is defined as the total ground coverage of all buildings and structures on a site. This also includes decks and stairs over three feet in height. Please provide a breakdown of the total lot coverage of the property on the site plan. Please redline plans or submit three sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items. Please make all submittals to the Development Services Permit Coordinator Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
