Dear Mr. Thomas:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it
was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be
addressed before review can continue:
Landscaping Plan:
1. The plant list submitted with the landscaping plan looks good;
however, we need additional information on the size and spacing of the proposed
plants. Do the symbols for the shrubs and trees indicate one plant per symbol? If
not, please provide the size and spacing of them. In order to ensure that there will
be continuous plant coverage of the site, groundcover will need to be placed around
all of the shrubs and trees. Therefore, please provide the size and spacing of all
proposed groundcover in order to show that the entire site will have continuous
coverage. Refer to ECDC 20.12.015 for the City’s minimum requirements for size
and spacing.
Geotechnical Report Peer Review:
2. Please respond in writing to each of the
bulleted points contained in the attached peer review letter from GEO Group
Northwest dated December 20, 2006.
Please redline plans or submit three sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets
only) with a written response to each of the above items. Please make all submittals to
the Development Services Permit Coordinator Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to noon
or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at
